In addition to working directly with clients, I also assist with underwriting and file management for one of TMG's top-performing women brokers in Canada. This experience has given me a unique understanding of both the client side of the mortgage process and the lender side, including documentation requirements, underwriting expectations, and what it takes to build a strong mortgage application.
